BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis in 3 days
According to International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Using the structure of the Business Analysis Process Model, this course will introduce you to some of the most important techniques that, as a Business Analyst, you’ll need to know. It’s the perfect introduction to business analysis, covering areas such as strategy analysis, investigation techniques, requirements engineering and more.
The course is relevant to anyone requiring an understanding of business analysis including (junior) business analysts, product owners, requirements engineers, business managers and their staff, business change managers and project managers.
CONTENT OF THE COURSE

Our courses are organised in small groups of 12 delegates. We believe that small groups foster interaction and collaboration during the assignments and contribute to learning.

At the end of the third training day delegates will take an exam.
FORM OF THE EXAM
It is one hour ‘closed book’ exam with 40 multiple choice questions. Candidates are entitled to additional 15 minutes if the examination in a language that is not their native/official language.
Pass mark is 65%: 26 correct answers out of 40.
Positive exam result will award delegates with the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.
The course costs € 1450,00 (excluding 21% VAT) per person. This amount includes training materials and exam costs.
The exam costs € 250,00 (excluding 21% VAT), and is included in the price.
Delegates will receive a binder with slides (including speaker notes) and a book “Business Analysis 3rd Edition”, recommended by BCS.
Coffee/tea and lunch are included in the price of the training. If you have any diet requirements due to food allergies, please don’t forget to mention them during your registration procedure.
You will receive an invoice after your registration is completed. Please assure the payment is settled within 30 days or before start date of the training, at the latest.
