Agile Business Case explores how to create a dynamic, value-driven justification for a project within an Agile framework. This module highlights the iterative nature of the business case, emphasizing continuous validation of its relevance and alignment with organizational goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholders in the Agile project
This module covers techniques for engaging and managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring their needs and perspectives are captured throughout the project.
Requirements and User Stories
This module covers techniques for engaging and managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring their needs and perspectives are captured throughout the project.
Prioritization
This module introduces requirements prioritization using techniques like MoSCoW and how the Business Analyst ensures value-driven delivery.
Workshops

Modelling

Timeboxing and iterative development

Requirements Planning and Estimating

Making the transition to AgileBA
This module provides guidance for Business Analysts moving from traditional methodologies to Agile practices. It explores the mindset shift required, the adoption of iterative and collaborative approaches, and the integration of Agile principles into analysis activities.
The e-learning includes one sitting of the APMG AgileBA Foundation exam.
FORM OF THE EXAM
It is a 40 minutes ‘closed book’ exam with 50 multiple-choice questions.
The pass mark is 50%: 25 correct answers out of 50.
Candidates with positive exam results will receive the APMG AgileBA Foundation Certificate.

After successfully achieving the Foundation exam, candidates have the option to progress to the Practitioner exam. Please note that the costs for the Practitioner exam are not included in the price of this course.

The APMG AgileBA e-learning package
The APMG AgileBA e-learning gives you 365-day access to the e-learning environment that includes exam simulators for both APMG AgileBA Foundation and APMG AgileBA Practitioner exams. It consists of a number of components:
1. The e-learning journey covers 12 mandatory topics for the course, excluding the getting started and conclusion parts. We discuss the mandatory topics in modules. Every module contains a video on a specific topic. At the end of each module, delegates are asked to check their knowledge by answering multiple-choice questions.
2. Delegates will receive the e-book APMG AgileBA: Agile Business Analysis Handbook v2
3. The online learning environment contains two exam simulators: for the AgileBA Foundation exam, and for the AgileBA Practitioner exam.
4. This e-learning also includes an exam voucher that allows delegates to sit an exam and obtain the official AgileBA Foundation Certificate.
