Welcome to the Beyond Business Analysis blog

The “Beyond Business Analysis” blog is dedicated to Business Analysis profession. In particular how business analysis can be enriched with influences from other domains and methods. I strongly believe that in this fast pacing world organizations will continue to use global knowledge collected by industry standards and supported by organizations like British Computer Society (BCS) or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) to structure their business analysis activities and tailor them to their needs. I also believe that business analysis professionals work continuously to improve their skill set and look for a proof of their knowledge and practical skills by obtaining professional certifications.

At the same time organizations expect from business analysts to be innovative, user centered and creative. The business issues we have to deal with become more complex and socially challenging. In order to fulfill all these expectations we need new sources of inspiration. This blog aims to provide business analysis professionals with new thoughts, insights and methods that can be used together with business analysis practices to get better business results faster.
